What Are the Tips for Shepherd's Roast?

Take care that the meat is medium-fat.

Dice the meat into cubes.

Wash the meat with plenty of water before cooking and wait 15 minutes for it to dry.

First, cut the fatty parts of the meat and cook them. Thus, you will not need extra oil.

The stove should be on high heat while the meat is roasting. Thus, the meats do not release their juices and cook quickly.

Turn the stove to medium heat when the meats soften.

Add salt and spices after the meat is cooked.

Bon appétit..
