How to Make Roast Meatballs with Tomato Paste Sauce?
- First, take the ground meat into a large bowl where we can knead it.
- Turn on the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees.
- Crumble the stale breads.
- Peel and grate the onion.
- Continue kneading well by adding your spices, salt, bread crumbs, onion, and egg into the bowl where you kneaded the ground meat.
- After greasing the baking tray, give the ground meat you kneaded a roast shape (log shape) and place it inside the baking tray.
- Then grease the top with a brush.
- After covering it with the help of greaseproof paper or aluminum foil, put it in the oven.
- Cook in this way for 20 minutes. Then lower the oven temperature to 170 degrees. Remove the greaseproof paper or aluminum foil on the roast and cook for another 20 minutes in this way.
- Take the tray out of the oven and place your roast into a baking dish of suitable size carefully with a large spatula. Take the juice left by the meat on the tray while cooking into the pan you will use to prepare your sauce.
- We wouldn't want your roast to get cold while you prepare the sauce. Therefore, you can keep the roast inside the oven.
- Add the tomato paste over the meat juice you took into the pan you will use for the sauce.
- Add one more cup of water on top. After chopping three or four sprigs of parsley, add them to your sauce. Leave this mixture to boil for five or six minutes. Your sauce is now ready.
- After pouring your sauce over the beef roast, put it back in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Then the feast begins for you and your guests.
Bon appétit..
